Redtrust Ethical Channel
Ethics Channel as a Mechanism for Reporting Misconduct at Redtrust
The Redtrust Ethics Channel is intended for anyone—from Redtrust employees to business partners (e.g., suppliers), clients, and others—who wishes to report misconduct related to Redtrust. All concerns are handled by a team of specialized professionals, and we protect all individuals who report in good faith. Misconduct refers to potentially illegal behavior, behavior that violates Redtrust’s Code of Ethics and Conduct or other applicable company policies, or behavior that deviates from what is considered appropriate for an individual, profession, or sector. This behavior is usually carried out with the intent to deliberately circumvent rules in order to gain a potential personal or business benefit
Why Should We Report Misconduct?
First and foremost, because it is the right thing to do and because we must act with the highest ethical standards to prevent and detect inappropriate behavior that could harm the reputation and success of both Redtrust and our collaborators. This includes potential violations of European Union law, criminal acts, or serious or very serious administrative offenses.
Some examples of inappropriate behavior include undisclosed conflicts of interest, fraud, discrimination, or harassment.
Reports can be made either in writing or verbally. To facilitate this, Redtrust provides its collaborators with the following communication channels:
- Via email at [email protected].
- By requesting an in-person meeting with the Ethics Channel Officer.
Additionally, collaborators can report inappropriate behavior to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.), which in Catalonia is the Office of the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (https://www.antifrau.cat).
